M1Understand AISessions 1–3 · sold standalone

What is this really, how does it work, and whose is it?

S1What is this really? AI predicts, it doesn't think; ChatGPT isn't the model.
S2How does it work inside (no code): tokens, context window, temperature.
S3Whose is this, and what about my data? Lock-in, privacy, portability.

Deliverable “Your AI X-ray”: in one page you take a real tool apart (what it predicts, whose it is, and what it does with your students' data).

M2Talk to AISessions 4–7

How do I interact with it effectively?

S4How NOT to talk to AI: positive instructions, and no flattery-fluff.
S5How much does it remember and how much does it make up? Hallucinations and your own sources.
S6Not everything is chat: specialized models and formats for class material.
S7Design with AI, not for AI: tasks AI can't solve on its own.

Deliverable 3 AI-assisted activities, with prompts that work in any tool.

M3Integrate AISessions 8–10

When yes, when no, and how?

S8When YES and when NO? Backward design and the honest traffic light.
S9Assess WITH AI and assess THE AI: use it as a draft, not a judge.
S10Your integration plan: a three-class teaching unit.

Present it to the group and defend it.

S11Pecha Kucha talk (20 slides × 20 seconds) and “2+1” peer feedback.
