01 · WHAT WE DO

Four fronts. You take the ones you need.

It isn't a fixed bundle. We build the proposal from the fronts your institution needs this term, not all four by default.

Train

Your teachers walk out using AI in their own subject, with a plan they actually use on Monday. The hard part, teaching, they already do. We add the judgment to decide when AI helps and when it gets in the way.

Redesign

We turn a real assignment into one AI can't hand in for the student. It stays the draft they take apart and defend, not a shortcut to copy. Assessment that measures judgment, not one that chases copies.

Equip

We hand you the three or four tools that survive the end of the free trial and open on a rural teacher's phone. The rest we spare you, with the reason each one is left out.

Govern

You leave with a plain-language AI policy, written by your own teachers from real cases, ready for the board. Not a template pulled off the internet: a rule your community understands and stands behind.

02 · HOW WE WORK

One project, four beats.

Diagnosis

Week 1

We look at how teaching happens today and what AI is already coming in the back door. We talk to teachers, not just leadership. We leave with the real map, not the one told in meetings.

Proposal

Week 2

We hand you a concrete plan: which fronts, with which teachers, in how long, at what price. You read it on one page. If it doesn't convince you, it ends there, at no cost.

Accompaniment

4 to 12 weeks

We're in the classroom while it's implemented, not mailing a PDF and vanishing. We adjust with what actually happens with students, not with what we assumed at diagnosis.

Handoff

You keep everything: the plan, the policies, the chosen tools, and teachers who no longer need us to keep going. The goal is that you never hire us again for the same thing.

Consulting has no list price: it depends on scope, how many teachers, and which fronts you choose. What is fixed is how it's billed, clearly and with an invoice.
