We don't add AI.We amplify the teacher.

Five convictions about AI in the classroom. What we stand for while everyone else sells tools.

Conviction 01

Class first.

The question isn't which app to buy, but what this group needs to learn. The class goal comes first; the tool comes after, and only if it serves that goal. Almost none pass that test.

Conviction 02

Hype and fear
get in the way.

Banning it doesn't make it disappear; worshipping it doesn't make it understood. At either extreme the teacher is left with no judgment about when to use it and when not to. That judgment is what we teach.

Conviction 03

No magic inside,
just statistics.

It picks the most probable word, one after another. It doesn't know, doesn't understand, doesn't verify. The teacher who sees the mechanism stops fearing it and starts directing it with precision.

Conviction 04

AI drafts;
the teacher decides.

The machine suggests; the teacher confirms. It can draft a first attempt, never watch a student go quiet and understand why. That judgment doesn't automate.

The starting point

9 of every 10 teachers already use AI.
3 of every 10 know what to do with what it answers.
Conviction 05

Do you support them
or surveil them?

A dashboard full of alerts surveils; it doesn't support. And tracking a student outside class isn't care, it's intrusion. Their data is protected because it's the right thing, not to tick a box.
